Regional Resource Links

Local Blogs and Traditional media outlets

Candidates need access to local media resources in order to get their campaign message out. This can include TV, Radio, Print media, and more recently the internet in the form of BLOGS and news portals. Candidates need to have access to a list of these resources within their region in order to be in a position to take advantage of all opportunities.

We have compiled a list of these regional resources and make them available to both the candidates and voters. We update these resource lists frequently as new information becomes available. Below you will find direct links to these pages. Voters access these pages thru our Regional News and Blog section, these "quick links" are provided for candidates in our Candidate Corner to aid your research and campaign strategy.

If you publish a Blog as part of your campaign you need to have it "linked" to these pages. This will increase your readership and thus increase your campaign exposure. Send us your URL (along with your "tagline", a short description, and the region you blog from and we will set up a link.

BLOG - Online internet web sites"Web-Logs" - These new and exciting means of communication are popping up at the local level everywhere! Most "Bloggers" have a specific theme or subject for their BLOG and not surprisingly a lot of these involve politics (at a local level). This makes blogs and important resource for candidates to be aware of, (and perhaps start one of their own). In any case, most Bloggers openly welcome guests to comment on the posting they generate, which is a tremendous opportunity for candidates to constantly deliver fresh messages and interact with potential voters. Candidates cannot afford to ignore this new capability!
