NC-Politics is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. This statement is therefore set
out to outline how we make use of the information you submit to us during

Personal information may be requested when you register to enter your candidate profile, or register to post on a Forum. During
registration, you may be asked to provide your: name, mailing address, postal or zip code, e-mail address, website address URL,
and other information.
As a guideline NC-Politics has no intention to display any personal information beyond that information available from
the official Board of Elections filing / listings (except for the requested web site url). Candidates are free to
include more (or less) information as they so desire, beyond the minimum information required to establish a login to
NC-Politics and complete the Candidate Profile.
NC-Politics purpose in collecting personal information is to identify the ligitimate customer (candidates or voter-posters) and avoid
SPAM postings to our "Profiles" or "Forums", we may (if necessary) send messages about recent updates and important announcements via post and/or e-mail. This
data may be compiled, and used only by NC-Politics.com. No part of the information you have provided would be sold, disclosed, or
made accessible to third-parties or to the public. Such information may be disclosed under direct and official
request from law enforcement agencies given proper documentation.
Customers hold complete freedom to express themselves on their web sites. Although your
intellectual freedom is respected, NC-Politics still reserves the right to remove
from our servers any obscene, threatening, or illegal content (also see Terms of
Service) agreement. This includes removing links to sites with such content.
NC-Politics' web servers automatically track IP addresses, platform types,
domain names, and browser information for system administration. None of
this data is personally identifiable. NC-Politics analyzes this data in
the aggregate to determine how many visitors it has, and which web pages are
of interest. NC-Politics uses this data to improve its web site,
products, and services such that they remain appealing and viable.
